Based in the historical market town of Liskeard in Cornwall, we supply quality built dolls houses and kits to customers throughout the UK. We manufacture our own range of dolls houses within our own modern factory workshop using the latest computer controlled CNC routing technology. 

Orders

Orders may be submitted by telephone or email.  We DO NOT accept credit/Debit card payments online.  If you contact us by email please ensure that you do not disclose credit/debit card details, but do include your telephone number so that we may contact you,  We will accept Visa/Mastercard/Maestro payments by telephone.  Cheque with order will of course be acceptable.  Postage will be added to orders ie: 

£00.00 to £30.00 = £4.50 P & P

£30.01 to £50.00 = £5.50 P & P

£50.01 to £99.99 = £6.50 P & P

Orders over £100.00 are post free.  These rates do not apply to

built houses which are listed.  However, we will if possible dispatch lightweight items by the most cost effective means.

   

House Delivery charges

We have endevoured in the past to provide a free delivery service for built dolls houses throughout England & Wales.  However,  due to MDF material increases (48% in 2007), fuel increases and vehicle maintenance costs, it is with regret that all orders for built dolls houses will incur a delivery charge dependant upon house ordered and delivery location.  These costs do not relate to kits which are sent by our normal parcel carrier.
