Designed and built using the latest state of the art CAD drawing software and CNC computerised technology   This Georgian Mansion is based on the new Ashdean Hall.  Ashcroft Hall is 5 Feet wide and 74 Inches Tall

The exterior detail is amazing.  The ground floor room heights are an impressive 11 1/2 inches high.  A central staircase leads up to the first floor gallery.  There is a rose window feature at the top of the central staircase with 3 full arch windows to add extra light to the impressive gallery.

The ground floor rooms have solid double interior doors.  All other rooms have 6 panel single doors.  All rooms on the first floor have fully glazed opening French Doors leading out onto individual balconies with attractive railings.

All windows are now manufactured using 3mm thick material.  Each window slots into a 5mm rebate allowing you to now fit your own 2mm glass.

All floors have been grooved to a depth of 2mm to allow you to fit your own hard wiring.

All stairs and central staircase etc are built with newel posts, spindles and handrail.  Skirting boards, coving and dado rail for all rooms (except attic & basement) are also included.  There will be approx 120 x 18" lengths of mouldings.
