Ashleigh House is our latest design that we have now put into production.  This complete package is ideal for anyone who wishes to advance to the next level of this fascinating hobby.

Ashleigh house is of Georgian era.  and is delivered to you built with all of the following features:

6 Panel internal doors

6 flights of stairs

Skirting Boards

Dado Rail

Coving

Floors pre-grooved as standard ready for hard wiring

Stair cut-out to basement as standard

Intricate railings on basement front

The house floors have been pre-grooved to a depth of 2mm and width of 3.2mm to allow for hard wiring to be installed.  To date we believe that we are the only dolls house menufacturer that provides this service as standard.

Delivery is approximately 28 days from date of order.  Ashleigh House is constructed utilising the latest computer controlled CNC technology ensuring all components fit exactly into place, therefore no alterations can be made from the original design when order is placed.

Please note:  for ease of decoration, the windows, doors, dormers, internal/external mouldings are not glued into place.
