Ashvale House is a new addition to our ever growing range.  Features of this magnificent Georgian property are as follows:

• All components are designed using the latest CAD drawing programme and manufactured using state of the art CNC routing machinery.

• Floors are pre-grooved ready for hard wiring.  (We are the only dolls house manufacturer to grrove the floors as standard).

• All stairs and banisters (with newel posts and spindles) are built for you.

• Skirting boards, coving and dado rails are included.  (All you need to do is cut and mitre but we always give you more than is needed).

• 6 panel internal doors included.

• Intricate machined window boxes with matching top balustrade and railings.

• Basement

• Purpose built cabinet with two sliding shelves.

Ashvale House can be purchaed as a stand alone house or with a basment and cabinet.  Please be aware that if you buy the house and cabinet only you will be recieving the cabinet that has a depth of 540mm to match up with the base of the house.  If you wish to add the basement at a later date you will need to purchase the cabinet with a depth of 762mm to allow for the basemnt.

Delivery is approximately 28 days from date of order.  Ashford house is constructed with the aid of the latest computer controlled CNC technology ensuring all components fit exactly into place, therefore no alterations can be made from the original design when order is placed.

Please note:  for ease of decoration, the windows, doors, dormers, internal/external mouldings, railings, window boxes etc, are not glued into place
