With the aid of the ever changing computer drawing software we are pushing the boundaries and capabilities of what a CNC machine can manufacture.  We can now machine both sides of the material allowing us to make several key changes in Dolls House Manufacture;  The main changes to Ashworth Grange are as follows:

New design Arch Windows manufactured from 3mm MDF that slot into place on the inside of the house into a 5mm rebate allowing you to fit your own 2mm glass.

Each window now has its own window cill that simply slots into place.

Roof dormers now increased from 5 to 7 that also line up with the main front windows.

New designed front door and french windows that no longer require small brass hinges.

  Yes they still open as normal.

New design front railings either side of the main steps.

Balcony balustrade now fitted above the first floor pillars.

Window boxes below front windows on the 1st & 2nd floors.

Matching top floor balustrade.

Windows fitted into the rear hallways in the back panel.

Ashworth Grange is the newest addition to the range.  This magnificent mansion is 6 feet wide and just a little over 6 feet tall.  The house including basement has a total of 25 rooms.  The roof has 3 openings.

In the basement there are 5 rooms.  2 flights of stairs in dog- leg design are in the middle of the basement coming up into the main house behind the grand staircase

The house, basement and cabinet is delivered to you built.  18 internal 6 panel doors, 2 internal french doors are included.  Main stairs and staircases are built using newel posts and spindles.  Banisters are also built.  Skirting Board, Coving and dado rails  to a value of over £250 are also supplied in 18 inch lengths.  The first, second and top floors are also grooved to a depth 0f 2mm from left to right to allow you to install your own wiring circuit.

Although the house is delivered to you built, all components ie: windows, internal doors, skirting boards, coving, dado rails, stairs, railings and all external trim are not glued into place, this will help when you begin to paint and decorate.

PLEASE NOTE:  Ashworth Grange, basement and cabinet are delivered in 5 sections.  4 of these sections are 6 feet wide.  We will deliver to your door in our own transport and where possible, set up the house where you want it sited.  However, due to the size and weight, we WILL NOT carry this house up any stairs.  It is your responsibility to ensure that there is reasonable access into your property ie through doorways.
