Railway Cottage is suitable for a child from the age of 4 years and over.  The windows have been pre-cut into the house front to enable little hands to open and close the house.  The Quorn stones have been engraved into the front at both the sides and above the windows.  Window cills have been provided to slot into the pre-cut grooves below each window frame.  (Simply glue into place when the front has been painted).

Each interior floor has its own loose divider so that you can choose the width of each room.  The ground and first floor divider has a door cut-out ready to take the industry standard internal doors.

2 solid 18mm thick flights of stairs are included.

A magnetic catch is provided to keep the front closed
