The 24th scale tudor mill has is now available as a kit.  The roof has been re-designed so that the eaves trim now slots into the underside of the roof.

The water wheel  (it does turn!) is also included in mill kit.   The water wheel is also available as a stand alone kit.

Floors are pre-grooved ready for hard wiring.  Stairs are built with individual steps.  The intricate detail on these houses is unbelievable.  No unsightly hinges have been used.  Each floor front just slots into the pre-cut grooves.  The internal door cut-outs take the standard 24th scale internal doors.

Comprehensive ans easy to follow assembly instruction (with colour images) included.

Each component is manufactued using the latest computer controlled CNC routing technology which enables us to work to tollerances of 0.01mm.
