A minimum of 21 days notice is required for a fully built dolls house. I personally deliver your chosen house to you.  All built houses are to be paid in full when order is placed.  We accept payment by cheque or VISA/Mastercard/Maestro.  We do not accept payment through this site, please telephone for further details.

Houses and basements supplied in kit form will be despatched when payment has been cleared. Carriage charges will be applied to houses or basements supplied in kit form. These charges will be found on the relevant pages.

If you wish to visit our factory unit, please telephone before making the journey.  Under Health & Safety legislation we will be required to switch off all routing/electrical machinery.
